Hire fees include rental up to 1 week. An extension to the hire may be requested but is subject to availability.
The bin will be delivered to the address provided on the day of your booking. Please let our office know of any specific instructions, such as where you would like it placed, at the time of your booking.
Skips are automatically collected on the due date. Earlier collections or extensions to the hire must be requested prior.
As a rough guide, a 2m3 holds 8 wheelie bins and suits a general clean up of the house or garden. A 4m3 holds 16 and takes a fridge plus a general clean up. A 6m3 holds 25 and takes a fridge, a washing machine, a dryer and a general clean up. An 8m3 holds 33 and a 12m3 holds 50. If you are not sure, call us and describe the job.
Yes. All of our skip bins have convenient walk in access.
Materials placed in the skip bin must not be filled higher than 300mm above the top rim of the skip. We reserve the right to leave items behind if they are filled higher than the load height limit, and additional charges will apply as a result of overloading or incorrect loading of the bin while on hire.
Yes, and it changes with the bin. The 2m3 is 500 kg, the 4m3 is 600 kg, the 6m3 is 800 kg, the 8m3 is 900 kg and the 12m3 is 1200 kg. Additional charges will apply for overweight bins.
No. Those materials need our concrete bin, which is a 3m3 hired for concrete only and takes up to 4 tonnes.
Payment before or on delivery. The driver can collect payment by cash or eftpos. Most major credit cards accepted.
All electronic payments incur a 2.2% surcharge. Outer areas may incur a delivery surcharge.

We service Greater Townsville and the surrounding suburbs, and we travel up to 150km from Townsville.
Due to rising petrol prices, an additional charge applies to skips delivered to outer suburbs and towns, on top of the standard price. Call us with your address and we will tell you before you book.
On collection all materials will be taken to a transfer station for disposal.
